Rose and BDO sqaured off this evening but it was quite evident who was ready to play as Rose pounced on their opponents in the early going, running away to victory on this opening night by a mark of 69-37. Captain Shanice Rose poured home 18 big points while VJ Forde and Rebekah Candussi chipped in with 13 apiece for Rose. Dounia Mouadna pounded in 26 points for BDO but it was not enough to get them the win on this night.
