Unite took to the hardwood against UQAM tonight looking for their first win of the season and they found themselves in this contest early on as they went into the half down only 8 but coming down the stretch, they ran out of steam and UQAM powered ahead to take home a 83-70 victory. Philippe Tamba netted 20 for UQAM while Alexandre Bernard, Marvin Bazile and Jesse Rodney Memette chipped in with 18,15 and 12. Kevin Bitondo pounded in 29 for Unite while Devin Stephenson and Abdoul Rachid Ahmed added 11 and 10.
