The X-Pistols hoped to avoid a 2nd loss in a
row when they clashed with the AK Rec All-Stars Monday night. This one went
back and forth all game as the teams went basket-for-basket. When the final buzzer
sounded, the AK Rec All-Stars squeezed out a 71-69 win. Leading the victors
were Ali Chamsine, Brad Jacobs and Scott Katz who supplied 26, 20 and 17 points
respectively, snapping a 2 game slide. The X-Pistols’ loss spoiled the strong
efforts of Gabriel Lopez, Alexander Hutchison and Jacques Alce-Gabriel who finished
the night with 16, 14 and 13 each.
