Rose and Ahuntsic went to battle in an encounter of the league's top two powers. As expected this ballgame came down to the wire, it was a back and forth affair throughout but in the end Ahuntsic prevailed 55-53. David Dunn hit for 14, Thierry Joubert potted 14, Alexe Pepin slipped in 11 for the victorious Ahuntsic side. VJ Forde and Randy Rose scored 16 and 13 respectively in what many would call a highly anticipated championship finals preview, remains to be seen.
