AGBU looked to make it 4 straight victories when they
were matched up against Vaillancourt Monday night. They built a slight lead at
the half and were able to hold off Vaillancourt as AGBU took this one 74-68. Danny
Ghougassian knocked down a team high 20 while teammates Harry Hakimian and
Hovig Demirdjian chipped 16 and 15 apiece in their win. The loss spoiled a
strong night for George Varagic who dropped 7 from downtown to finish with a
game high 21 with teammates Simon Mercier, Bojan Kovacina and Dragan Jarcevic
adding 16, 15 and 13 points respectively.
